What if my test is cancelled?

We hold ourselves to a high standard of service and stand by our commitment to make it easy to get a license. At this time, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are experiencing widespread last minute cancellations of license test dates that fall below our standards. We are continuing to work with the DMV to mitigate these cancellations, but are forced to acknowledge that the state of staffing at their agency is volatile and unreliable. Though many of our test dates are being completed without disruption, we are experiencing same day cancellations with no notice. If this cancellation does happen, we promise to find a makeup test date for you within two weeks of the cancelled date. We realize that this is not optimal, but want to be honest and transparent about the current status of the State’s Offsite Testing Program. We will be happy to issue a refund if you prefer to test at the DMV Branch instead. We truly apologize for this, and hope that your test is not affected by the DMV staffing issues.
