What is the CT R-229 Form?

The R-229 is the application for a driving test in Connecticut. Students that are testing at the DMV will have this emailed to them with their appointment confirmation from the DMV.  A blank copy of the R-229 can be found here. 

If you are testing at The Next Street you will not need this application form.
