Purchases must be made within one year to be eligible for a refund.
We hope that you are able to use all that you purchase, and know that you will love everything about us (we're a proud bunch), but, should you need a refund for any reason, this is the deal:
- Only purchases made within the past 12 months are eligible for a refund.
- You must pay for what was taken and used.
- If you purchased a bundle product, failure to complete the entire bundle will result in a pricing breakdown of full priced products. You will be charged à la carte for the products.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing and servicing fee.
- Any unused single products can be transferred to a sibling.
- Classroom can only be transferred if class has not started or attended.
- Behind the wheel training can be transferred for any unused hours.
- Testing products can be transferred for any unused services.
